Bloomin'Beautiful Berry Banana Smoothie

Thank goodness for my love of smoothies, I am currently on sick leave from work after having all four wisdom teeth pulled out!

A liquid food and soft food diet doesn't sound too exciting... but I always believe you can make anything delicious if you just have the knowledge.

This berry banana smoothie is my go to favorite flavor and it's so simple to make!

What you need:

1 x Banana

Half a cup full of fresh or frozen berries ( I use frozen because they keep longer)

Half a cup of milk- I prefer skimmed.

2 big dollops of any flavor yogurt- I prefer greek/natural or even blueberry.

Blend this all together, if it seems a little thick add a bit more milk.

If I want a really hearty smoothie to set me up for the day I add half a cup of oats.

Finally sprinkle with chia seeds if you have some and a little desiccated coconut.
